2025 registration will open in november

Registration fee ($185) includes a Cosmos practice shirt, VCYTC insurance during practice and meets, Legends photo, 2025 trophy, and end of season picnic.
If you are registering multiple athletes, please fill out the information for each athlete individually and add to your cart. Once finished, click the Cart icon in the top right corner and check out for all athletes at once.
There will be an additional $300 volunteer deposit required via check per family. This will be collected at Welcome Night, or you can mail it to:

At the end of the season, this check will be returned to you or shredded. See the Volunteer FAQ under Volunteer Requirement for more info.
After you have entered info for all your athletes, you MUST click the shopping cart and complete the checkout process, even if you are adding your athlete to the wait list.
After you complete registration, you will receive an email with your order number. This order number is your proof of registration and holds your spot on the roster (or the waiting list).
Be sure to read the Code of Conduct and Volunteer Requirement. By submitting your registration you are agreeing to abide by the Code of Conduct and fulfill the Volunteer Requirement.
Please read the following Concussion Information Document to help protect your child from concussion or other serious brain injury. Use this information to learn how to spot concussions in your child and what to do if one occurs.
Financial assistance is available for families that qualify. To inquire about a scholarship, sign your child up on the waitlist and send an email to support@camarillocosmos.org.
